Traveling by domestic railways could be cheaper for 30 percent with appropriate fare reducing cards that can be bought in booking offices at railway stations or at the travel agencies authorized for that.

These cards are valid for the period of two years and cost 120 Dinars.

YU-F (family) card is for the group travel of at least three to eight family members. For single travel of young persons under the age of 26, there is a card YU-J (junior), while YU-S (senior) card is for pensioners and persons over the age of 60. Holders of these cards can have travel concessions of 30 percent for regular charge in all 1st and 2nd class trains of “Serbian Railways”.

Children under the age of 12 have 50 percent discount for the full ticket price.
