Railway company for passenger transportation, Srbija Voz announced that due to ongoing infrastructure works on Belgrade – Novi Sad – Subotica main line, railway traffic between Belgrade and Novi Sad will be suspended from February 1, 2019.
International train for Budapest will depart from Novi Sad instead of Belgrade in 11.00 and will travel to Kelebja (State border) where the passengers will resume their journey to Budapest at 14.46. The train from Budapest to Belgrade will change their departure time to 11:57, and will also go to Kelebija, where the passengers will change the trains to Novi Sad at 15.41.
International trains Belgrade – Budapest at 21:15, as well as Budapest – Belgrade at 22:15 are canceled and will not operate until the completion of works.
International trains Belgrade – Vienna and Vienna – Belgrade are also suspended until the completion of works.
In the domestic traffic, the trains will only operate on the Novi Sad – Subotica – Novi Sad route, while the railway traffic will be suspended on the Belgrade – Centar – Novi Sad – Belgrade Center.
