Our customers will soon be able to acquire faster and more precise timetable, ticket price and other information on international and domestic service, “Beovoz”, “Romantika” and “BeoRomantika” trains – said Miroslav Stojicic, Director of Passenger Transport Department at “Serbian Railways”.
“Serbian Railways” Management Board made a decision on urgent provision of “call-center” equipment, through public provision procedure.
According to his words, in the first phase, services of call-center will be available only for Belgrade citizens, while the second phase includes the extension to the entire territory of Serbian Railways.
This will completely solve the existing problems, and call-center will be operating 24 hours a day.
