Due to the great interest of passengers, during the forthcoming Easter holiday, “Serbian Railways” will intensify railway service to Bar, as well as train composition on other destinations in domestic traffic – said the Director of Passenger Transport Department, Miroslav Stojicic, in his statement for Media Center.
According to his words, the train operating from Belgrade to Bar, departing on 5th of April at 10.10pm, will have additional coaches, as well as the car-sleeper train departing at 11.10pm. The same program will be applied for the train compositions departing from Nis.
We also expect to have an increased number of passengers on April 8 and 9; therefore the trains in return will also have additional wagons.
Depending on the interest of passengers, Serbian Railways will intensify the trains operating to Subotica, Uzice and Nis as well.
The first group of passengers traveling for Easter holidays should depart from Belgrade Railways Station on Thursday morning, returning on Sunday and Monday, 9th of April, but also during the following weekend on April 14 and 15, at the end of the holiday.
According to the words of Mr. Stojicic, Serbian Railways will try to meet all the requests, depending on the interest of passengers.
International service operates regularly, and additional coaches will be introduced if the passengers show the interest in particular destinations.
