The safety level crossing presentation, under the slogan “Caution! Choose life!”, prepared by “Serbian Railways” was organized on 2 December 2011 in primary school “Svetozar Markovic” in Lapovo.

This multimedia presentation that also includes education and entertainment gathered together more than 200 students from first to fourth grade. The plan was to explain to children all dangers and correct traffic behavior at level crossings.

Lapovo is, after Nis, second city, where the campaign “Caution! Choose life!” was successfully organized. The “Serbian Railways” will prepare this kind of presentation about the safety level crossings in another 15 schools in Serbia.

This lecture is part of an international awareness raising campaign to target level crossing abuse, in which participate over 45 countries and railway managements all over the world.
