At the end of July, at Radinac Station, the construction of new railway track, for the needs of “US Steel”, will be finished – they said at Civil Engineering Department of “Serbian Railways”.

Due to the great volume of work, US Steel Company and Serbian Railways agreed to the realization of the project, which will be financed by US Steel. They will also have to sign the contract on hire charges payment in the amount of 20 million Dinars.

The track is 720 meters long, constructed of wooden sleepers and used rails, and includes also two point switches.
Concerning freight transport, US Steel is one of the most important customers of Serbian Railways.
