The Assembly of Joint Stock Company “Serbian Railways” appointed unanimously on today’s session, on the proposal of the Serbian Government, Board of Directors of “Serbian Railways”, which consists of Executive Directors: Dragoljub Simonović, Predrag Janković and Svetozar Ćapin.

After the Assembly Session, a Constituent Meeting of Board of Directors of “Serbian Railways” was held and Dragoljub Simonović was appointed as Director General.
On today’s Assembly, former Executive Directors Milovan Marković and Zoran Masal were dismissed.
