“Avala” gets new timetable

International Inter City train “Avala”, operating on the line Belgrade-Budapest-Vienna, leaving Belgrade at 8.20am, from June 10 will depart from Belgrade Station at 7.52am, – said Miroslav Stojcic, Director of Passenger Transport Department of Serbian Railways.

“Avala” will be leaving Novi Sad Railway Station at 9.21am, and Subotica at 12am.

According to his words, high-comfort train “Avala” has through sleepers for Moscow and Kiev. There is also a possibility to continue the journey from Budapest to Prag and Krakow, and from Vienna to Paris, Hamburg, Zurich and Geneva.

Through EPA electronic reservation system, passengers have the possibility to make seat, berth and couchette reservations.

Passengers traveling from Belgrade to Vienna can also use “Wien Special” return tickets costing 70 Euros, or 26 Euros “Budapest Special” tickets for the journey from Belgrade to Budapest.
