International Trains to Thessaloniki and Sofia and Direct Wagon to Istanbul are returning to Traffic in Early June

International trains Belgrade-Thessaloniki and Belgrade-Sofia will be returning to the service starting from June, while the direct couchette car on the route Belgrade-Instanbul will start to operate on June 4 – announced the railway company “Srbija Voz”.

The international train “Hellas” departures from Belgrade at 18:35 pm and arrives in Thessaloniki at 10:05 as scheduled. Departure from Thessaloniki is at 18:30 pm and the train arrives in our capital city at 7:46 am. Due to construction works on Greek railway line Gevgelija – Thessaloniki, Greek railways will organize the passengers transport by buses on the route Thessaloniki-Gevgelija-Thessaloniki.

During the construction works, there will be no car-carrier wagon in the train composition.

The international train “Balkan” (Belgrade- Sofia-Belgrade) will be returning to the service from  June1 until September 17. Departure from Belgrade is at 09:25 am, and arrival in Sofia at 20:10 pm. The train departures from Sofia at 9:40 am, and arrives in Belgrade, as scheduled, at 18:14 pm.

Due to construction works on railway line Halkali- Istanbul, Turkish railways will organize the passengers transport by buses on the route Halkali – Istanbul (Sirkeci) – Halkali.
